Social Impact Cafe "Misto.cafe"
Lutsk, Bohdana Khmelnytskyi St., 26About

Lutsk misto.cafe offers traditional Volyn and Crimean Tatar dishes, a separate hall with events and activities, and 80% of the profit will go to the development of the city.
What to eat/drink?
The basis of the misto.cafe menu is traditional dishes of Volyn and Crimean Tatar cuisine. For example, they offer Teremnivsky pate with a signature cherry-horseradish sauce, Volyn bowl with baked potatoes and beets, a roll with rhubarb and custard.
Among the Crimean Tatar dishes are chibereks (a dish that, due to distortion by Russian influence, we know as chebureks), pies with spicy meat filling yantyki, homemade lagman noodles, manti and, of course, honey baklava and others.
The menu also includes popular dishes that have already become classics of the modern menu (with the original adaptation of misto.cafe chefs): avocado toast, beef tartare, hummus with tomato chutney (meat sauce), Thai noodles with various side dishes, ribeye steak with Asian pickles, etc.
The restaurant also offers a selection of vegan food.
Another “chip” of misto.cafe is its original cocktail menu, which has over 20 items.
The gastronomy of Volhynia reflects its multicultural history. It is the combination of Volhynian Ukrainian, Jewish, Karaite, and Crimean Tatar cuisines that forms the unique local dishes of the region.
