About

Nechymne is a landscape reserve of national importance, a tract. Located within the Kovel district of Volyn region.

A natural complex with an area of ​​40 hectares, consisting of Lake Nechymne of karst origin, sphagnum swamp, picturesque meadows, and valuable, high-quality plantations of pedunculate oak.

Formed in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR № 132 of February 25, 1980, as a protected area of ​​national importance.

The reserve is located 8 kilometers northwest of the village of Skulin (northeast of Kovel) Kovel district of Volyn region, in Skulin forestry Kovel State Forestry.
