The St. Basil's Church-Rotunda is a unique architectural monument in Volodymyr, which has no direct analogues in the world. Its unusual plan resembles an eight-petal flower. The temple is dedicated to St. Basil and has a complex history: its origin is associated with the princely era, and historians date the modern building to the 15th century.

The temple houses valuable sacred monuments, including the over 500-year-old icon of the Virgin Hodegetria, the icon of the Nativity of Christ and the 18th-century iconostasis. The rotunda is picturesquely located on a hill above the Luga River and attracts visitors with its unique architecture and historical atmosphere.
